CLYDE (August 3rd 1995)
This is the big `baby` of the family.
He`s 12 now and brother to Trixie, Diesel and Bonnie (who is to follow after this)
Very affection and also very vocal when he`s giving his opinion, which is a regular occurance!
He`s a Mummy`s boy. Constantly asking me for attention and in no uncertain terms lets me know when he`s not getting it fully.
He sings and talks to me all the time. Always wants a cuddle and snuggles up at night.
Diesel and Clyde have their disagreements on a regular basis though. Nothing too harsh just a squabble as they pass each other, but for the most part they are fine.

BONNIE (August 3rd 1995)
The last of the 4 of Pixies kittens.
The last to be born.
A real little girl, quite dainty and very timid with strangers.
Again very affectionate and vocal.
Another one that demands affection from me all the time.

TIGGER (May 1st 1992 - June 29th 2007)
Ah Tigger, sadly she`s gone now, just a month ago.
Tigger was the old matriach of the family.
She had breast cancer (health pages) the same as Pixie, but this time nothing could be done for her. She was too old and the cancer was too far advanced.
Tigger was fine for quite a long time, but eventually it was making her life un happy and her quality of life was being affected, so i had to make the heartbreaking decision of euthanasia. She was 15 when she finally left me, sadly missed and loved so much all of her life.
I bought her from a market, where she was being kept in a cage, with no food or water and no litter tray. I couldn`t leave her there, so i raked together enough money to buy her and a tin of food. Her first litter tray was a cardboard box, lined with a carrier bag and filled with soil from the garden.
She was to become a wonderful companion for both myself and my dog Dino.
I miss her every day and there will always be those times i look at where she used to lie in her favourite place, and tears will come into my eyes .

FELIX (October 25th 1996)
A tall Tom moggy. I found him being kept in a cage in a pub.
He was a mischievious 4 month old at the time and although the people had called him Felix, they thought it was a female!
He`s a big softy and follows me around a lot. He`s not one for getting into bother and tends to avoid the rest unless he gets in one of his more playful moods.
He`s low in the pecking order as he waits for the others to finish before he`ll go to his food.

SHEBA (April 25th 2007)
Last but by no means least.
This is my latest addition to the family. Shes about 5 months old now.
I got her from a pal who had found herself without a permanant home. I was asked to take care of the kitten until they found their new home.
As time went on, Sheba settled in and made herself at home. Tormenting Felix most of the time, but in who she found a firm friend.
After 2 months of her being with me i couldn`t let her go and as my friend had not yet found a place to live properly, it wouldn`t have been fair on the kitten to take her away from what she now counted as home.
So here she is, funny and amusing. Constantly getting into mischief.
Fascinated by water (waiting on the day she falls in the washing up bowl). The latest trick was to pull a tub of glue on herself. Its a latex glue and impossible to get out. After chopping what i could from her fur, the rest will have to come out naturally. Well if she falls in the bowl now at least she`ll be water proof!!!!

PEBBLES September 1st 2008
Well Sheba WAS to be the last in my collection, but along came Pebbles!
She was found dumped down at the local quarry. A friend found her there, wet through and freezing. He warmed her in his car then fetched her home. Even though his wife has a cat phobia, they did try to keep Pebbles but the youngest child pulled at her and wouldnt leave her alone and she also started to go after the parrot.
Well to cut it short i ended up with her.
She`s full of mischief, very cute and affectionate. Now she`s learnt that talking most likely gets her things, she uses it a lot of the time to her advantage.
Between the two of them, Sheba and Pebbles managed to destroy a Christmas tree about a week before the event, so all i could do was throw that one away and put another one up, then keep fingers crossed as that was the last spare one i had. All went well anyway and now she`s part of the family, part of my life and totally embedded in my heart...the others don`t have a problem with her and have all accepted her fully. So lets hope she has a long and happy life with me and me with her and the others.
